The Barkly Personal Safety Leash

The Barkly Personal Safety Leash is the first-of-its-kind retractable dog leash with an integrated personal safety alarm and high-visibility LED strobe light, designed for women who walk their dogs alone.

Vet-founded and women-led, Barkly offers a retractable with the smooth control and convenience women already expect from a premium leash, now with a layer of personal protection built in, helping women feel safer when they walk their dogs, especially at night.

With a single 2.5-second press of the ergonomic handle button, the 130dB alarm and high-visibility LED strobe light activate. Loud enough to deter threats or attackers and bright enough to alert others in an emergency. Having a personal safety device already in hand and ready at the press of a button helps give women peace of mind.

Barkly's patent pending leash design is powered by two CR2025 coin cell batteries with a recommended replacement interval of 3-5 years under normal use. No charging required. The leash features a durable nylon tape cord -- 13ft for Small and 16ft for Medium and Large -- with a smooth retractable mechanism and quick lock braking system for full control on every walk.
