Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization

We build a stronger, more resilient supply base across proteins, ingredients, packaging, and logistics. Work includes identifying and qualifying new suppliers, running RFQs and benchmarking incumbent pricing, modeling landed cost, and building primary, secondary, and contingency sourcing plans. We also evaluate MOQ, lead time, safety stock, and working capital tradeoffs, and support supply agreements and purchasing structure. The goal is SKU and formula level cost visibility, so decisions hold up in practice, not just on a spreadsheet.
